The Award is bestowed at Palmer\u2019s sole discretion and is based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Longevity supporting John Palmer Art;<\/li>\n<li>Consistency supporting John Palmer Art; and<\/li>\n<li>An overall passion for the career of Artist John Ross Palmer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Artist John Ross Palmer has been elevated to international acclaim through the support of an ever-growing number of art enthusiasts. This high honor is bestowed to the ultimate Palmer enthusiast(s) that have, over time, altered the dynamic of his career by catapulting it to success.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tHistory\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award was presented in 2014.  The recipient was Mr. Julio Montano.  The award presentation took place at the legendary Tony\u2019s in Houston, Texas on August 19, 2014.
